• You will also get an email confirmation when the account is canceled.
• If there are any issues, we will contact you separately as well. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy/Terms and Conditions

• Once a membership has been canceled it cannot be reinstated. Members will need to sign up for a new membership.
• CORE memberships CAN NOT be canceled until the first 12-months are completed under the 1st year of the contract. After 12 months, CORE memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled at anytime.
• Account must be paid and up to date OR it will not cancel.
• There is 7-day cancellation policy. We need 7 days to properly cancel your membership. If your bill date falls within the requested cancellation date, you will be charged one final month. Said another way, if you want to cancel on the 1st and your bill date is the 6th you will be charged. If it is the 8th you will not be charged. However, in either scenario billings will cease after that.
